A northern beaches local, Nina is one of Australia's most successful female sailors; an Olympic Silver medallist, 3rd place in the Volvo Ocean Race and multiple World Championship titles. 

 

Nina represented Australia in SailGP as the first female to ever win this championship. Nina applies her wealth of experience from professional sport and her B.A in Human Movement into her unique brand of training to help get you results.
