With over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Meredith brings expertise, compassion, and practical guidance to her work. She holds a BA in Human Movement, is a qualified counsellor, certified Lifeline crisis counsellor, and certified Raise teenage mentor.

Passionate about supporting young people's mental health and perimenopausal women, Meredith has spent the last decade delivering impactful well-being workshops and one-on-one support within the corporate sector.

 

She helps clients build resilience, enhance well-being, and manage stress with a warm, person centred approach, offering a safe space to gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.
