Terms & Conditions

  • I hereby consent to treatment and/or training with No Nonsense Avalon and declare that I have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Business. By signing this form I declare I have read and answered all statements truthfully

  • I acknowledge that my appointment time includes time to get changed and dressed (if applicable) and to organise any following appointments and/or payment

  • I acknowledge that any false or untruthful statements may adversely affect the outcome of any sessions at No Nonsense Avalon.

  • No Nonsense Avalon, or their staff will not be held liable for any accidental injury, illness or death as a result of untruthful or misleading statements.

  • I acknowledge and understand that a copy of the Terms and Conditions were made available to me and are available to me at any stage.

  • I acknowledge that it is my responsibility that before each appointment I attend I must inform No Nonsense Avalon in writing of any changes to the above statements.

  • No Nonsense Avalon is not responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings whilst I attend appointments.

  • By signing this form I declare that I am physically, mentally and able to participate in exercise and choose to do so at my own risk.

  • I understand that it is my responsibility to perform each exercise correctly and safely, if at any stage I am feeling unwell or experiencing pain I acknowledge it is my responsibility to inform the trainer(s) immediately.

  • I give permission for No Nonsense Avalon to take photographs and videos of me to be used at their discretion to include, but not limited to, social media, marketing & emails. 

  • I acknowledge that I must inform No Nonsense Avalon to opt out of any marketing or promotional emails, however I understand that No Nonsense Avalon will continue to contact me for anything involving current, past or future appointments. 

  • Failure to attend an appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice before the appointment time will result in the full charge of the missed appointment.

  • Failure to attend a class or cancellation with less than 8 hour’s notice before the class time will result in the full charge of the missed class or a deduction of the class from your pack or membership.

  • Memberships are paid in advance. 4 weeks written notice is required for any casual contract cancellations. 

  • There is a $250 early termination fee for any 12 month contract or the remainder of the contract whichever is the smaller amount. 

  • Placing any membership on hold incurs a $5 per week administration. 

  • All services expire at the end of each billing cycle, any unused sessions can be reactivated for an administration fee of $25. 

  • All card payments and direct debit transactions incur a transaction surcharge. If you have insufficient funds and the direct debit is unsuccessful, No Nonsense Avalon will charge you a $15 late payment fee.

  • Any massages included in a membership package is non claimable with your health fund.

  • Unlimited classes in a membership means a maximum of 7 classes per week.

  • Unlimited sessions in a red light & infrared therapy membership means a maximum of 3 sessions a week.

  • Sessions cannot be redeemed for a cash equivalent.

  • Any additional sessions outside of a membership are charged at standard rates.

  • All appointments, classes or sessions are subject to staff member availability, there is no compensation for staff unavailability.

  • No additional discounts apply to sessions included in memberships or special offers.

  • The terms and conditions are subject to change with written notice.

 

Refund Policy

  • If your product arrives damaged please contact us immediately at info@nononsenseavalon.com

  • In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have ordered the wrong product please email us at info@nononsenseavalon.com. To be eligible for a refund or replacement item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Any returned items must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If you are returning a product in person we require proof of purchase or a receipt.

  • Sale items: Products that were purchased using a discount code or are on sale will not be accepted for refunds.

  • Shipping Returns should be posted to No Nonsense, Shop 5/1 Careel Head Road, Avalon Beach NSW 2107

  • Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the sender. The sender is also responsible for the safe return of any products, if any returned items are broken in transit any refunds or replacements will be voided. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.​

  • Refunds (if applicable): We will notify you via email once your return has been received. After inspection of the items returned we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved you will be refunded via your original payment method.
