Nina's applies her wealth of experience from professional sport into her teaching and training. From elite athlete to starting out to exercise, Nina takes her unique brand of training and gets you results.

Pierre has vast experience in the professional sailing world and in private practice. As the injury specialist for Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing in their Volvo Ocean Race 2014/15 win and Artemis Racing in their challenge for the 35th America's Cup in Bermuda.


In his early career he worked in various clinics across the UK before opening his own practice in The Peak District in 2014.

Daniel is a Naturopathic nutritionist with a special interest in personalised digestive health with a focus on dietary, lifestyle and natural medicine solutions while ensuring patient empowerment and education drives all advice. 


Daniel's naturopathic, individualised solutions can help with supporting digestive complaints, fatigue, stress and sleep.

JAMES WIERZBOWSKI

Personal Training

James is a World Champion sailor and has been racing professionally for the last 8 years. When he’s not in the Gym you’ll find him in the surf or catching the sea breeze on Pittwater. With a background in CrossFit and a passion for functional fitness.


James can help you dial in everything from Olympic lifting to getting off the couch or keeping up with the kids.

Growing up in the Northern Beaches, Tilly has been competing in Surf Life Saving for over 10 years. Her love for fitness and the ocean led her to become a swim coach for both children and adults in the local area. 


Her knowledge and focus in health and fitness will help you to achieve your goals physically but improve your overall mental wellbeing.
