Director, Personal Training, Clinical Rehabilitation & Health Coaching
A northern beaches local, Nina is one of Australia's most successful female sailors; an Olympic Silver medallist, 3rd place in the Volvo Ocean Race and multiple World Championship titles. Nina is currently representing Australia in SailGP after being the first female to ever win this championship.

Nina's applies her wealth of experience from professional sport and her B.A in Human Movement into her unique brand of training to help get you results.

Nina specialises in injury rehabilitation training and is a magician at assisting you to move pain free.
Pierre Ainscow
Director, Injury Clinic, Personal Training & Remedial Massage
European trained, Pierre uses a wide variety of skills in his work. Looking to restore function and stop pain using an individualistic approach.
Pierre has vast experience in the professional sailing world and in private practice. As the injury specialist for Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing in their Volvo Ocean Race 2014/15 win and Artemis Racing in their challenge for the 35th America's Cup in Bermuda.
In his early career he worked in various clinics across the UK before opening his own practice in The Peak District in 2014.​​​​​
Maya Challoner
Personal Training
Having completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science Maya has a strong passion and dedication to increasing the health, and wellness of individuals' lives through exercise and fitness. Through a fun, scientific and holistic approach Maya strives to motivate and help individuals to reach their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Through her studies, Maya has developed a strong passion for athlete injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as sport-specific strength training.
Kate Wood
Personal Training
Kate has been an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for 25 years and is also a trained remedial massage therapist. Her career has included clinical rehabilitation, health advisory corporate work, group fitness and personal training. She believes in exercise as medicine.

Exercise/movement/activity can improve all aspects of your life. Lately, she has been enjoying the concept of longevity and training for not only life span but health span as well. She loves to train, strength train, train for cardiorespiratory fitness, challenge herself with new skills or simply to play in life with ease.
Marika Palm
Pilates Instructor
Marika discovered Pilates over 8 years ago, after a recurring hip injury was preventing her from enjoying the sports she loved and began to impact on day-to-day life.
Her passion is to help clients find the connections both mental and physical to help move and control their bodies in the best way, to improve not only their injuries and exercise regime, but to also help combat the everyday pressures busy lifestyles put on our bodies.

Alethea Sheehan
Remedial Massage, Kinesiology, Yoga
Alethea has over 20 years experience to assist her clients for pain-relief, regulating their nervous system and encouraging self care with a wide variety of techniques.
When not in the clinic Alethea loves being at one with nature through bushwalking, bee keeping and exploring with her children.

Katinka Woodhouse
Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy, Oncology Massage, Reflexology
Katinka has studied a wide range of treatment modalities at Nature Care College. Her believe is that a holistic approach that heals both physically and mentally works best to alleviate pain and stress.
Outside the clinic, Katinka enjoys spending time at the beach with her children, as well as practicing yoga and pilates.

Ethan is a dedicated personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and is currently pursuing his studies in Physiotherapy.
His strong foundation in exercise science allows him to create tailored training programmes that optimise performance and promote injury prevention.
Passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals, Ethan combines his knowledge with a supportive approach, with a commitment to fostering a positive training environment, he inspires clients to push their limits while prioritising their overall well-being
Kirrilly Jacobs
Group Training
Kirrilly is a dynamic group trainer passionate about empowering individuals to reach their fitness goals. With expertise in strength, conditioning, and functional movement, she designs engaging classes for all fitness levels.
Kirrilly fosters a supportive community, encouraging participants to challenge themselves while having fun. Her energetic approach and commitment to positivity make every class both enjoyable and effective.
Lakshmi Mortimer
Massage Therapies, Reiki
Lakshmi is renowned for her powerful and divinely guided treatments and is a very experienced massage therapist. Has worked in luxury resorts since 2007 in Santorini and Byron Bay. In 2016 she was a spa therapist in the opening team
at Elements of Byron Resort. Lakshmi facilitates a unique healing experience, drawing on polarity therapy, vibrational healing and guided meditation whilst using essential oil blends during treatments.
